Thomas Raby

Tom has over 20 years of consulting and corporate experience in financial services. Prior to joining Promontory, Tom was a Senior Director at Freddie Mac where he managed certain regulatory reporting and compliance functions. In this role, Tom managed a team that measured and monitored progress toward critical mandates, as was responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of controls that supported certification of results. Tom also brings his experiences from KPMG and BearingPoint where he led internal and external teams that delivered a wide range of consulting engagements covering business strategy, operational risk, financial reporting and controls (including SOX compliance) and effectiveness/efficiency process redesign. Tom is licensed in Virginia as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
