Ryno Blignaut

Mr. Ryno Blignaut is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Xoom Corporation. He has over 10 years financial services experience in South Africa, United Kingdom and the United States. He most recently worked as a consultant in financial regulation with RSM Robson Rhodes, specializing in hedge fund startups. Prior to that, he headed up finance for PayPal in the United Kingdom and was instrumental in PayPal obtaining an EU electronic money license. He started his career as an auditor with Deloitte in South Africa and the United States. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a bachelors degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
