Robert A Kierlin

Mr. Kierlin has been the Chairman of the Board of the Company and has served as a director of the Company since the Company's incorporation in 1968. Kierlin died Monday February 10 2025 in Winona Minnesota Kierlin has served as a Minnesota State Senator since April 1999. Mr. Kierlin served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1968 through December 2002, and as President of the Company from 1968 through July 2001. Kierlin graduated from Cotter High School in Winona. He would go on to attend the University of Minnesota, earning a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s in business administration. Three years ago, Forbes Magazine placed Kierlin's net worth at just under $1 billion.
