Stephen McConnell

Stephen A McConnell is Independent Director of Mobile Mini Inc since August 1998. He is chairman of Audit Committee. Since 1996, he has been President of Solano Ventures, a private capital investment company holding investments in a broad range of businesses, primarily in Arizona. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. McConnell served as majority stockholder and Chairman of G-L Industries, L.L.C., a Salt Lake City-based manufacturer of wood glu-lam beams used in the construction industry. From 1991 to 1997, he was Chairman of Mallco Lumber & Building Materials, Inc., a wholesale distributor of lumber and doors. From 1991 to 1995, he was President of Belt Perry Associates, Inc., a property tax consulting firm. He is also a Director of a number of private companies. Mr. McConnell has a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
