Mr. Brian M. Addison joined the Company in 1995 as Corporate Counsel and has been involved in all areas of general corporate law. In 1997 he was promoted to the Corporate Office of Assistant Secretary and assumed his present responsibilities in 1998. He received his Bachelors degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He later obtained an MBA degree from The Pennsylvania State University. Following receipt of his law degree, Mr. Addison was an Associate with a Philadelphia law firm for several years. He joined the Hershey Foods Corporation in 1982 and served as Senior Counsel.
