Shor was born in Philadelphia and earned a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa., and his master’s In Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa. Shor has served on the board of directors for both the Leesport Financial Corporation and also the United Way of Berks County.
