Talhia T. Tuck joined Star Scientific, Inc. in April 2012 as the Company’s Vice President for Communications and Investor Relations. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Tuck was an associate at the law firm, Ropes & Gray, and from 2010-2011, she participated in the Ropes & Gray New Alternatives Program (NAP), as a Fellow at the State’s Attorney’s Office for Montgomery County, Maryland. Before attending law school, Ms. Tuck spent several years in the television news industry. She entered the broadcast journalism field as a production assistant for MSNBC’s “Hardball with Chris Matthews” and later joined the staff of NBC’s “The Nightly News with Tom Brokaw” as a researcher.
