Director since February 2008. President of Citrix Systems, Inc., a global software development firm, since 1998 and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to the present. Mr. Templeton also served as Chief Executive Officer of Citrix from 1999 to 2000 and as Senior Executive Officer of Citrix from 2000 to 2001. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Citrix, to which he was elected in 1998. Age: 55. Mr. Clendenin, whose term as a director is scheduled to expire at the 2010 annual meeting, has notified the Board he will retire after the Board meeting which immediately follows the 2008 Annual Meeting.
