Coretha M Rushing

Rushing held executie positions at Equifax Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, Pepsi, and IHM. She degeloped leadership and employee programs centered around DEIB initiaties and became Coca-Cola's first woman chief people officer in 2000. She founded her own consulting firm, CR Consulting Alliance LLC. Rushing brings 25 years of human resources experience to Equifax. She recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Coca-Cola Company where she led all human resource functions for the global beverage company. She joined Coca-Cola in 1994 after holding several human resource management positions with Pizza Hut and IBM Corp. Since leaving Coca-Cola in 2004, Rushing has been an executive coach and HR consultant with Atlanta-based Cameron Wesley LLC. A native of Virginia, Rushing received her bachelor degree in industrial psychology from East Carolina University and holds a master's in human resources and counseling from George Washington University.
