Dr. Zakon has been a Director of the Company since February 1993. Dr. Zakon was a Managing Director of Bankers Trust Company from 1989 through 1995, for which he previously served as Chairman, Strategic Policy Committee from 1989 to 1990. From 1980 to 1986, Dr. Zakon was President of Boston Consulting Group before being named its Chairman in 1986, having previously served as Consultant from 1967 to 1969 and Vice President from 1969 to 1980. Dr. Zakon is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Micro-Financial and is a former member of the Advisory Committee to the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
