Mr. Whitaker was elected to the Board of the Company in January 2012. Mr. Whitaker served as President of Power Components & Systems Group from 2004 through 2009 and as President of Electrical Sector-Americas, Eaton Corporation, a global manufacturer of highly engineered products, until his retirement in June 2011. Prior thereto, he served in various management positions at Eaton Corporation since 1994. Prior to joining Eaton Corporation, Mr. Whitaker spent 22 years with Westinghouse Electric Corp. Mr. Whitaker received a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and a masters of business administration from George Washington University. He currently serves as a director of Crescent Electric Company, an independent distributor of electrical hardware and supplies, and Matthews International Corporation. Mr. Whitaker also serves on the Boards of the Carnegie Science Center, The Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, the American Middle East Institute and the Renewable Manufacturing Gateway.
