John F Malloy

John F. Malloy, Ph.D. serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Victaulic Company and has been its President since March 2002. Prior to Victaulic, he worked 19 years working for United Technologies Corporation, rising to the position of President of North America for UTC's Carrier Division. He served as the President of North American HVAC at Carrier Corporation, where he was responsible for residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning operations in North America. He joined Carrier in 1982 and held several positions. Prior to Carrier, he was with Air Products and Chemicals. He has been an Independent Director of Hubbell Inc. since June 2011. He has been a Trustee of Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. since January 2009. Mr. Malloy serves as a Member of the board of directors of Hollingsworth & Vose, Cornell Iron Works and Follett Corporation. He served as a Director of Crossamerica GP LLC (Formerly Lehigh Gas GP LLC), a general partner of CrossAmerica Partners LP (Formerly Lehigh Gas Partners LP) from May 2012 to October 1, 2014. Prior to UTC, he taught economics at Hamilton College. Mr. Malloy holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, where he earned a National Science Foundation Fellowship and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
