Reier has more than 30 years of experience in retailing, with over 21 years in the discount store industry. His prior experience includes positions as President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Merchandising, and General Merchandise Manager at Family Dollar Stores, Inc. Prior to that, Reier was a Senior Vice President of Merchandise and Advertising for Fred's, Inc., Vice President of Merchandise of the Zody's division of HRT Industries in Los Angeles, and a Merchandise Manager for J. C. Penney Company. Most recently, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunny's Great Outdoors Stores, Inc.
