Vice President - Corporate Governance at AIG
Mr. Litzky joined AIG in 1995 as an Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary and became Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in 2001. He was named Special Counsel to the Board in 2005. Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Litzky was an associate with the law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon LLP. He earned his B.S. from New York University, College of Business and Public Administration and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
