Mr. Hughes has been owner of The Broken Arrow Ranch and affiliated businesses, which harvest, process and market wild game meats, since 1983. He has been associated with Oceaneering since its incorporation, serving as Chairman of the Board from 1970 to 1980 and from 1984 to 1990. He is Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Oceaneering's Board and a member of the Audit Committee of Oceaneering's Board. Mr. Hughes has been a director of Oceaneering since 1970.
