Thomas P. McCaffrey is Corporate Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of B/E Aerospace, Inc., positions he has held since he joined the Company in 1993. He has overall responsibility for financial management, including establishing adequate controls over internal and external reporting of financial results, financial relations and general administration matters for the Company. From August 1989 through May 1993, Mr. McCaffrey was an Audit Director with Deloitte & Touche LLP, and from 1976 through 1989 served in several capacities, including Audit Partner, with Coleman & Grant.
