Robert Marchetti is the Group Vice President and General Manager of B/E’s Fastener Distribution Group, where he leads all sectors of the business towards achievement of the strategic and financial plans of B/E Aerospace, maintains and enhances the group's leadership position in the industry and interprets and applies policies established by the company. Marchetti joined B/E Aerospace in February 2001 in the present position. Prior professional experience includes positions at Fairchild Corporation’s Fasteners Division where he served as Senior Vice President and COO. As a corporate officer of UNC Inc. he held several senior positions, including Corporate VP of Marketing, President of Tri-Remanufacturing and COO of the Accessory Overhaul Division. At General Electric he was General Manager for a Component Repair Division. Marchetti graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and completed his Masters studies at Fairleigh Dickenson University.
