Kim B Clarke

Ms. Clarke joined the Company in November, 2004 as Vice President Human Resources and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer in January, 2006. Before joining Key Energy Services, Ms. Clarke served as Vice President Human Resources for GC Services from 1999 to 2004. From 1987 to 1999 Ms. Clarke held a variety of HR roles at Browning Ferris Industries (BFI), where she was Vice President of Human Resources at the time the company was acquired. Additionally, her 30 years of experience include managerial positions in Employee Relations, Compensation, Payroll, Training, and HR Technology at Anderson Clayton, Baker Hughes, and National Supply. Ms. Clarke received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Houston.
