Roberta Gosling, a Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton, is a leader in the firm’s Security business with a focus on the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Ms. Gosling works with teams who deliver mission-focused analysis, technology and front-office services. Ms. Gosling and her team focus on delivering services that include: Training, certification, communications, and stakeholder outreach Geospatial and imagery collection and analysis Online GEOINT services In her 25 years of service with Booz Allen, Roberta has also provided leadership to the firm’s defense and civil markets. Most recently, she provided leadership for the firm’s Citizen Services business, including the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Labor, Education, and Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as well as the National Science Foundation (NSF). Highlights include: Benefits.gov, an innovative eGovernment initiative that allows citizens to provide information to determine the federal, state, or local benefits for which they may qualify. The recent stand-up of a $4.5B grants program through which Booz Allen is helping to provide broadband access to unserved and underserved communities. The development of a cost model for one of the nation’s largest peacetime operations—the Decennial Census. Booz Allen worked with the Census Bureau to increase the transparency of the budgeting process, a process that takes place over 13 years with multiple complex inputs and assumptions. Ms. Gosling has also been a senior advisor to Booz Allen’s grants and loan investment team, and has been the lead for Booz Allen’s Systems Development Center of Excellence. Prior to Booz Allen, Ms. Gosling provided leadership and consulting across the benefit and financial services, environment, and retail industries. She received a B.A. degree in economics and political science from Bucknell University, and a Masters of Public Administration from The George Washington University.
