A Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President, Ann Ebberts is a leader in the firm’s civil market with a focus in expanding the impact of advanced analytics in financial services. Previously, she led the firm’s business development and client delivery efforts for the US Agency for International Development (USAID), US Department of State, World Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation, and other smaller international financial institutions. Ms. Ebberts also provides leadership in for several legacy decision analytics service offerings such as the Integrated Financial Resource Management (IFRM), Applied Economic Analysis (AEA), and Integrated Project Control (IPC) services across the firms’ financial services business. Ms. Ebberts has led complex project management and technical support services delivery for enterprise-wide financial and acquisition systems modernization engagements for the US Departments of Justice, State, Navy, and Veterans Affairs; Environmental Protection Agency; USAID; General Services Administration, and others. Ms. Ebberts joined the firm in 1988, initially to support the firm’s Navy clients in Crystal City, VA. She has nearly 30 years of federal government consulting experience within the civilian agencies, as well as Department of Defense (DoD) and the DoD intelligence community. She brings expertise in program and project management, performance improvement, e-government initiatives, Enterprise Resource Management and implementation support, and financial management. Ms. Ebberts received a B.S. degree in marketing management from Virginia Tech in 1981 and an M.S. degree in systems management from the University of Denver in 1991. She serves as the Booz Allen Corporate Partner representative for the Association of Government Accountants and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
