Kelly Mixon

Ms. Mixon served several years as a professional staff member in both the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, where she was successful in establishing and maintaining strong congressional relationships. Ms. Mixon’s experience in the U.S Senate includes serving as Legislative Assistant to Senator Roger Wicker (R-Miss.). In this capacity, Mixon advised the Senator on legislative issues related to the Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee as well as the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Before her tenure with Senator Wicker, she served on the personal staff of Senator Trent Lott, until his retirement from the U.S. Senate in December 2007. Ms. Mixon began her career on Capitol Hill as a staff member for then-Representative Roger Wicker in his Washington, D.C. office.. Originally from Oxford, Mississippi, Ms. Mixon earned a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History from the University of Mississippi.
