Andrew is Senior Vice President of Client Services & Operations, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience through strong relationship management and service delivery. He brings many years of building scalable and resilient operational and organizational infrastructure in high-growth companies. Andrew is rooted in the industry, having run operations for Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions and having built and delivered outsourced software products to the retail banking industry at Exchange Solutions, Inc. Andrew has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
