Kristen Krop

Kristen joined Higher One in October 2005 as an ATM Coordinator. At the time, there were only 60 ATMs in Higher One’s fleet. Within 6 years that number grew over 10 fold and now there is an entire team devoted to keeping Higher One’s ATMs up and running. With her promotion to VP, Kristen has taken on a new team in addition to the ATM team. She now oversees the team that manages wires, ACH, deposits, CIP, and escalated customer service requests among other things. At Higher One she has served on the Fun Committee, the Wellness committee, and the Higher One Softball team. She coordinates groups of coworkers to train and run in 5Ks around Connecticut and volunteers with JA and the local food bank through Higher One’s community outreach initiatives. She holds a BA in Economics from The College of William in Mary. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, running, and doing anything related to the outdoors or arts and crafts, or better yet doing arts and crafts outdoors!
