Jeffrey C Rambach

Mr. Rambach is a partner in the firm’s Tax and Trusts & Estate Planning Departments. His tax practice primarily encompasses transactional work for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, partnership tax issues, charitable foundations, tax-exempt organizations and state and local tax issues. He also represents clients in civil tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and various administrative and judicial systems of jurisdictions throughout the United States.
