Susan Block Casdin

Mrs. Block Casdin was a senior director of business development in New York for Bertelsmann, the German media company. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received an M.B.A. from Harvard. Her father was a trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Her mother is the chairwoman of the Hasbro Children's Foundation in New York, a philanthropic arm of Hasbro, the toy manufacturer, of which the bride's great-grandfather, the late Henry Hassenfeld, was a founder.
