Erik Jensen

Erik Jensen joined Quadrant Capital Partners, Inc. in June 2009. Prior to joining Quadrant, Erik was employed as Vice President of Debt & Equity Finance at CBRE I Melody Capital Markets in Dallas and Cohen Financial in San Francisco. In both positions, Mr. Jensen gained significant experience in the origination, structuring, placement and closing of debt and equity commercial transactions. Mr. Jensen’s breadth of commercial real estate experience also extends to the corporate side where he worked in the real estate department for tech giant Cisco Systems. He has also worked as a public accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP. Erik received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University with a concentration in Accounting and minor in Agricultural Business.
