David Shulkin

David is responsible for HBGary’s Engineering, Quality Assurance, Customer Support, and Technical Services. He previously served as Director of Global Product Engineering at VeriSign and has over 25 years of technical, management and business development experience. David also has experience with multiple high technology commercial companies and government contractors, including, SRA International, Loral/Lockheed Martin, and Rockwell. He began his career as a flight controller for the U.S. space shuttle program and has worked on numerous national and global technical programs.
