Jeff Dash

Jeff, the founder of JMS, oversees business and administrative operations of the Property Management division. With a background in competitive sports, commercial real estate and investments, Jeff, brings a comprehensive vision to JMSred’s services: including architecture, development and real estate, a one-stop approach to professional services. Prior to JMSred, Jeff worked at for the Four Seasons Hotel, the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Basketball Team and Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate. With a BA in Communications and a minor in Business from the University of Arizona, Jeff is also a licensed realtor in the state of Arizona. Jeff is a member of a private acquisitions group which owns “The Yellowstone Club” in Big Sky, Montana and is a founding member of MJD Partners, a $10M private investment group in US hedge funds, and major US and high-risk Asian corporations. Jeff is a member of the Apartment Association of California Southern Cities (AACSC).
