Mr. DiCandilo joined the corporate office of the former AmeriSource in 1995 as Vice President, Controller after serving five years as Regional Vice President of Finance in the Company’s Thorofare, NJ facility. In addition to overseeing the corporation’s corporate finance functions, Mr. DiCandilo also has oversight of corporate information technology function, and two of the Company’s subsidiaries, AmerisourceBergen Packaging Group and PMSI. Prior to joining the former AmeriSource, Mr. DiCandilo served eight years with Ernst & Young. Mr. DiCandilo serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. DiCandilo is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
