Philip Henry Kerr

He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, England. He was Assistant Secretary to the Inter-Colonial Council for Transvval and Orange River Colony between 1905 and 1908. He was Secretary to the Rhodes Trust between 1925 and 1939. He died on 12 December 1940 at age 58 at Washington, U.S.A., unmarried.
