Steve Trulaske

Steve Trulaske is owner of True Manufacturing Company, which his father, Bob, co-founded in 1945 and now has its headquarters in O’Fallon, Mo. He was an intern for the NFL’s St. Louis Cardinals for one season. He joined the family’s commercial refrigeration business in 1982 and has taken on many different assignments in his career involving finance, product strategy, and international market development. He has served on the Board of Trustees for DePauw University and John Burroughs High School. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for the Weber Grill Company. He has been an active member of the Young Presidents organization and now is a member of the CEO organization. He graduated from DePauw University with a bachelor’s degree in English; he also earned a master’s degree in sports administration as well as an MBA degree from Ohio State University.
