Pat Lawicki is chief information officer of Navient. In this role, she is responsible for all information technology functions including application development, architecture, information security, infrastructure and operations, and enterprise data warehouse, facilitating a secure, simple, and successful customer experience. With more than 30 years of experience, Pat brings expertise in leading large IT organizations and transforming programs for Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Navient in 2014, Pat was senior vice president of global delivery for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Pat earned her Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and bachelor’s in management from Purdue University.
