Kelly Wrenn

Kelly M. Wrenn is the Strategic Planning Partner for the firm. His practice encompasses a wide range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on business finance transactions, real estate law, and commercial loan servicing. Mr. Wrenn's clients include portfolio, agency, and conduit lenders and other financial institutions. Significant rating agency contacts have been developed in connection with his structured-finance practice, and he has been involved in the closing of real estate and business finance transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Wrenn has been involved in a number of high-profile business finance transactions in recent years.
