Mark Harris

Mark Harris is the Founder and CEO of Axiom, a 1000-person new-model legal services firm that serves nearly half of the Fortune 100 across eleven offices and four delivery centers globally. Mark has a substantial media profile, often referenced as an industry disruptor and driver of market transformation. To that point, in a 2012 New York Times cover story on the evolution of the legal industry, Andrew Ross Sorkin wrote that Mark is "rewriting the law firm business model." Moreover, The Financial Times has recognized him as a "top ten agent for change," Forbes has called him a "name you need to know" and the ABA has awarded him "legal rebel" honors. In addition to the media accolades, Mark has spoken extensively on legal innovation and was the recipient of Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award. Prior to founding Axiom, Mark practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He received both his BA and JD from the University of Texas where he served as President of the Texas Cowboys Honorary Service Organization. Mark is a member of the 2013 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
