Andrew Hayek

Andrew serves as President and CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors, of Surgical Care Affiliates Inc. (SCA), a publicly-traded surgical services company in the US. SCA owns and operates more than 180 surgical facilities in 34 states, in partnership with more than 45 hospital systems and 2,500 physician partners. Prior to joining SCA, Andrew was as President of a division of DaVita Inc., a renal dialysis company, and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Healthcare Services Inc., a diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy company. Andrew worked previously for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., a global private equity firm, and the Boston Consulting Group, a leading strategy and operations consulting firm. He serves on the Board of Advisors of Sg2, a healthcare analytics company, and serves as a Trustee of the Village of Glencoe, Illinois. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Yale University. He is a member of the 2014 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
