Mark E Talisman

Mark E. Talisman is currently serving in his eighth year as Administrative Assistant to Congressman Charles Vanik of the 22nd District of Ohio. He was the youngest Administrative Assistant appointed to a member of Congress. In addition to his work with Congressman Vanik, Mr. Talisman has served as Project Director of the Operation Government Committee, composed of wives of Members of Congress, the Supreme Court, and the President's Cabinet to produce forty half hours of television about the federal government.
