As Vice President of HR & Talent Services, Strader owns the delivery of Silverpop's global human resources and talent strategy in collaboration and partnership with the Silverpop Senior Executive Leadership team. Strader brings over 15 years of experience in strategic human capital management program delivery in a variety of organizational environments. She is experienced in leading progressive human resource organizations in high performing, customer focused cultures. Her background includes start-up to well established corporate models in the marketing, SaaS, financial services and consulting industries. Strader currently holds an SPHR designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a Registered Corporate Coach. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
