Kelly Thompson

As vice president of operations, Thompson is responsible for managing all operations related to Silverpop’s production SaaS systems. A seasoned leader with a proven track record of combining strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise, Thompson brings over 20 years of experience in managing complex technology environments to Silverpop. Prior to joining Silverpop, she was vice president of platform services for LexisNexis/ChoicePoint supporting multiple data centers and managing over 300 applications. Earlier in her career, Thompson held IT roles with several prominent Atlanta companies, including BellSouth and various divisions of Turner Broadcasting/CNN. Thompson graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in management and subsequently earned her Masters of Science in information systems from Georgia State University.
