Jack Martin

Jack Martin is an independent financial consultant with a 30+ year experience as an executive, advisor and director in public and private companies. Jack has played a significant role in a large number of financing, partnership, and M&A transactions involving businesses defined by creative people, unique intellectual property, and significant growth. Jack has held CFO/ VP positions at Groove Networks leading up to its sale to Microsoft Corporation, Lotus Development prior to its acquisition by IBM, and Courier Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Think Through Learning, an emerging leader in K-12 educational software.
