Retired baseball star Greg Maddux is selling his San Diego, California, home, which hit the market in February 2025 for just shy of $4 million. Maddux, 58, spent the bulk of his career with the Atlanta Braves, for which he played 11 seasons, winning a World Series title in 1995. Maddux, the first pitcher in Major League Baseball history to win four consecutive Cy Young Awards, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014. His stamp on the game also lives on through his name. “Maddux” has been coined as the term to use when a pitcher throws a complete-game shutout in fewer than 100 pitches—which he did 13 times. He retired after the 2008 season.
