Kim MacGregor Carver joined Sierra Consulting Group in June of 2012. As a Technical Support Specialist, Kim provides support for NWEA Measures of Academic Progress assessments at Chicago Public Schools. Kim uses her customer service background and educational technology experience to assist teachers and administrators during testing with the web-based software. Kim attended Kent State University in Ohio, where she was an active member of the All Campus Programming Board. She earned her BS in Television and Radio Production and went on to do technical production for events in the Cleveland area for 6 years. Kim relocated to Chicago in 2010 to gain event production experience in the hospitality industry. She enjoys working with all types of technology and specializes in video editing, audio recording, projection systems, theatrical lighting, SMART Boards, and Mac computers. Kim lives in Oak Park, where she practices Pilates twice a week and visits the historic Lake Theatre as often as possible.
