Active with the firm since 1984, Mr. Dolben is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company and its staff. At the present time these operations include the management of more than 12,500 multifamily units located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Dolben is a Director and past Chairman of the National Apartment Association, past Treasurer and Regional Vice President of the National Apartment Association, a Director of the National Multifamily Housing Council and is a Director and past President of the Rental Housing Association of The Greater Boston Real Estate Board. He has achieved the Eagle Scout rank from the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Dolben graduated from Phillips Andover Academy and holds a B.S. from Tufts University.
