Ken Marlin

Kenneth Marlin is a Partner and has been the Chief Financial Officer of Starboard Value LP since 2011. Prior to joining Starboard, Mr. Marlin was a Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of Ivy Asset Management LLC. Previously, Mr. Marlin was an Assistant Vice President of Lehman Brothers Inc. Mr. Marlin has also held positions at Manufacturers Hanover Trust and Arthur Andersen & Co. He received a B.S in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
