Scott Smith

Scott Smith is an Attorney of Hanson Bridgett Marcus Vlahos Rudy LLP, specializing in corporate and tax law. Mr. Smith has significant experience counseling nonprofits in connection with all aspects of operations and represents emerging companies in connection with entity formation issues, licensing and other technology related matters.
