Phil is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SEI's Investment Manager Services division. He is primarily responsible for the division's international strategy, business development, client service and delivery. He is a director of SEI Investments-Global Fund Services, Ltd. Phil received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law on scholarship and graduated cum laude.
