Jeff has ties to the Seattle Police Department; Jeff’s wife, Officer Kaitlyn Windus, has served the SPD for 4+ years and his Father-in-law, retired Captain Michael Fann, served the SPD for over 40 years. Jeff has lived in the greater Seattle-area for over 36 years. As a Certified Public Accountant and Principal at Sweeney Conrad, P.S., Jeff provides audit, tax accounting and financial advisory services to privately held businesses and their owners. He serves clients in a multitude of industries including manufacturing, construction, commercial real estate, wholesale, distribution, agricultural, not-for-profit organizations, professional services, start-up organizations and employee benefit plans. Jeff plays a fundamental role on the firm’s committee responsible for employee retention and creating a positive work environment for our employees. Jeff serves on the UW Bothell School of Business Advisory Board. He is a member of the Seattle Children’s Hospital Guild Association Fundraising Development and Support Committee and is Co-Treasurer for the SOVREN Guild, a non-profit organization dedicated to uncompensated care and other programs at Seattle Children’s Hospital. He is also a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a non-profit group focused on the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease. Prior to joining Sweeney Conrad in 2000, Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Accounting Concentration, from the University of Washington in 1999.
