Dr. Myoda has served in a variety of roles at IEH and is currently Chief Operating Officer and CEO of the Produce Division. Dr. Myoda joined the company in June of 2007. Dr. Myoda earned a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Delaware; the focus of his research was the identification, quantification and sonochemical destruction of bacteria and pathogenic protozoa. In addition, Dr. Myoda earned a B.S. in Environmental Science/Biology with a minor in economics at UD, graduating magna cum laude and ranked first in his major. Prior to joining IEH, Dr. Myoda was employed by the State of Delaware, Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Water Resources where he was the 2006 Employee of the Year. His responsibilities at DNREC included but were not limited to creator and Director of the Molecular Biology Laboratory, research, method development, computer modeling (water quality, hydrodynamic, etc.), risk assessments, water and wastewater treatment, environmental monitoring, and regulatory and compliance issues (TMDLs, water quality standards, permits (CSO, NPDES,CAFO, MS4, etc.). During his tenure with IEH, the company has achieved over a 375% increase in the number of locations and a 480% increase in employees while enjoying an increase in revenue averaging 35% per year. IEH is still maintaining its growth rate and is currently expanding beyond North America and Australia into Asia and Europe.
