Bradford W Weinberg

Brad Weinberg is a Managing Director of PJSC in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group specializing in the Restaurant and Food Retail sectors. Mr. Weinberg joined the firm in 2013 and has over 16 years of experience advising companies on a variety of assignments including buy-side, sell-side, divestiture and merger transactions, as well as debt and equity financings and other corporate finance matters. His clients have included Alimentation Couche-Tard, Best Buy, Blockbuster, Centerplate, CKE Restaurants, CVS, Darden Restaurants, Federated Department Stores, Grocery Outlet, Landry’s Restaurants, Party City, Petsmart, Supervalu, Wal-Mart, Wendy’s Arby’s Group, Winn-Dixie, and Yankee Candle. Prior to joining PJSC, Mr. Weinberg spent six years at UBS where he was a Managing Director in the Global Consumer Products & Retail Investment Banking Group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Weinberg was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers in the Retail Investment Banking Group and a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Retail Investment Banking Group. Mr. Weinberg began his career as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Chase Manhattan. Mr. Weinberg graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where he received a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
