Melanie Meyers

Partner, Real Estate Melanie Meyers is a member of the Real Estate Department resident in Fried Frank's New York office. She joined the Firm in 2003 as a partner. Ms. Meyers' practice focuses on real estate development, specializing in land use, environmental review, zoning, public approvals and private/public partnerships. Prior to joining Fried Frank, Ms. Meyers served as general counsel to the New York City Department of City Planning. From 1994 to 1997, she was an adjunct professor in the Real Estate Development Program at Columbia University. From 1993 to 1994 Ms. Meyers was an associate professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and an assistant professor from 1990 to 1993. Honors & Awards Ms. Meyers is consistently recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading individual in Real Estate: Zoning/Land Use.
