Mr. Linn was appointed to the Board of Directors of Altisource in May 2011. He also serves on the Board of Directors and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Greensleeves LLC since July 2007 where he focuses on increasing the use of alternative energy to power buildings. In addition, Mr. Linn serves on the Board of Directors of National Lime & Stone and is a private investor in energy related industries. Mr. Linn previously served on the Board of Directors of Ocwen Financial Corporation from August 2002 to May 2008 and as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ocwen from February 2004 to May 2007. Prior to joining Ocwen, Mr. Linn served on the Board of Directors and as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Solomon Software, Inc., a corporation now owned by Microsoft Corporation. He has also served on the Board of Directors and as President and CEO of Saunders, Inc., a venture backed, privately held financial services and technology solutions company. Mr. Linn graduated from Harvard College in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts and earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1973.
